Have you ever thought about the ways in which spreading constant negativity is harming your life?

It impacts your personal relationships, and as I loved hearing the other day, it makes you want to put everyone in a suit built for you, regardless of if you are built for them. As well it will change the course of  your career if you don't know when to keep comments and opinions in check  Living this life where complaining where complaining takes first place takes a toll even on your heath. How much of what you are feeling has to do with what you are sensing physically? It's important to understand just what a high price you pay for complaining if you truly want to overcome this destructive habit.

People don't like to be around complainers. Hearing nothing but negativity from a friend or loved one is a huge turnoff for most folks. Constant complaining can be contagious. Have you ever noticed that it tends to be easy to slip into a habit of moaning and groaning when you're around a Negative Nancy? Unfortunately, it's possible that you're the bad influence. If this is the case, it's likely your circle has taken notice. Most of us make an effort to avoid spending time with toxic people because we know it's bad for our own mental health to surround ourselves with their bad attitudes day in and day out. Being a daily complainer will probably be a fast track ticket to losing some of the important people in your life. People will stop answering the phone when all you do is call to complain, even if that wasn't your intention. As well they will lose contact on social media, because no one wants a negative Facebook feed.

So how does that impact your career if you are always posting the opposite of what you want to attract? Your professional reputation is one of the most valuable things you have. Not only must you be topnotch at your job in order to move ahead in your career, but you also need to possess soft skills like good communication and strong listening ability. Your people skills are definitely noticed when it comes to your work life. How you conduct yourself, get along with and lead others all play into your success. If you're known as a constant complainer, you can pretty much guarantee yourself career stagnation. Those who never seem happy and are always griping aren't known to be good leaders. No matter how skilled you are at your position, or how great your product is. Positive and content professionals are usually just being in the moment and enjoying what life may bring. That makes for more success if you are feeling that vibe.

Like I said, you physical and emotional health face the biggest impact when it comes to constant complaining. It has been shown that our brain actually rewires itself for negativity when faced with regular bouts of griping. So what do you do when your neural pathways have formed to accommodate activities such as complaining? You create some really magnetic habits that become ingrained into your neural functioning, making it easier to come back to these patterns again and again. You start looking for those negative items in your life, and if they don't appear you may 'manifest' them into your life in order to get that loop fix. Chronic complainers have proven to shrink their hippocampus, which is the part of the brain that is responsible for problem solving, and responsible for increasing the hormone cortisol, known as the stress hormone. Cortisol affects a wide range of bodily functions, including the regulation of blood pressure, memory formulation, metabolism, inflammation, blood sugar and immune system. The more cortisol, the more damage to our bodies.


There are a few ways you can impact this in your life. First, start looking for something to be happy about maybe once an hour. Second, find an energy worker like myself that can help you rewire those pathways. Neuroplasticity is that ability of the brain to rewire neural networks.  Reiki or Access work can provide new information to the brain allowing that rewiring and helping to release energy that has been stuck, even if it wasn't yours to rewire at all. Most of what we hang on to isn't even ours.

I had an aha clearing the other day that just came to me, that really started to unravel some of the energy I was having a hard time shaking off.

Everything is lucky, nothing is lucky. 

Repeat that ten times a day for the next week and see how you feel. As we open ourselves up to possibilities, we release that negative door slam and start to see all of the choices we have. Are you ready to create that?

Think about the things, spaces and energies in your life that bring you real, true happiness. Embrace them and give to them in reciprocity.

Savoring the flavors and the scents of your food experience is an amazing way to bring pleasure into your life. I love the way a fresh lemon smells in the morning & the essential childlike wonder it invites into the day.

Listen to something uplifting first thing in the morning and do the same before you close your eyes. What sounds bring you joy? Is it an orchestra, a frequency, chimes, deep heavy metal, or maybe the soothing sounds of a drum? Bring different layers of these harmonies into your world and change the way you interact with it.

Touch is pleasure. From the softest blanket (like the one I am bundled up in right now sitting in front of my light lamp) to the feeling of your.own skin. As I removed the foods that were toxic too my body out of my life, the chicken skin on my arms disappeared. When I am in the shower I like to recognize my body for such a beautiful shift in its own journey. 

Talk to others. We live inna world of texting and when we text we lose the deep connection to humanity. Text is AI, created by the emotional depth within you & not the person sending it. Pick up a phone and call someone or Facetime & connect with the pleasure of their voice, their smile, their expressions.

Being an independent author, I love being able to work with other authors and creators as they define their niche not matter if it is moving into Amazon, or possibly beyond

Last year I had a fun second launch for a wonderful client, which then drove into a whole mastermind year of creating their brand, the next steps and slow work on developing through learning, laughter, and a lot of fine tuning. Part of the marketing on the second book was a relaunch of the website, and it is always fun wrangling the kittens in their marketing machine, but also putting back some of the fun that makes the client, and their creations, so special. And many of my clients are not women, and people are surprised that men are awakening to their creative energies. But that is because we are all awakening to our hearts. 

Websites are not the forte of a lot of authors and other creative entrepreneurs. You write books and programs, you don't design sales funnels. You also want to create something that is easy to maintain, modify, and grow with. With AI coming on track you can that some of these ventures can be simplified, but the real sales drive comes from a personal connection with you, and your product. What you perceive as you will last longer than what you perceive as your client. Look at Seth Godin who has perhaps had the most boring blog in my opinion of visual display, and yet have you seen his socks? Have you seen his books? Have your read his words? This man is the purple cow, and yet he is minimal in so many ways, and that shows up in that space. So you know with Seth you get what you get, there is not masking happening, and I love that! This is part of his personality, and that's something that his followers flock to. 

Three of the authors I worked with had powerful experiences over the pandemic. From surviving to thriving has a completely different meaning than it did a few years ago. It has been a few years full of change, and we're all wanting more. For myself, working with clients big and small to reach their dreams is still what keeps me motivated and excited to get up and create. 

Design is like mind mapping. If we take it to our neurological pathways, it is actually a psychological process that involves registering, creating, organizing, storing, recalling, and decoding information about a spatial environment. What you visualize in any given place, a person's past experiences and preconceptions will always color their opinion—whether they consciously know it or not. So if you aren't able to be authentically you in what you create, then you are not going to align to what your clients visualization is; book, program, or otherwise.

Heavens Legends Part Two:

Even with the prospects for their victory dwindling, God's chosen warriors refused to except the punishing fact that the odds were stacked against them, and with what could easily be observed as a suicide mission they charged forward into this apocalyptic nightmare believing that the prophecy would ultimately prevail and their foreseen savior would faithfully seize the day and emerge triumphant, but this revelation was growing more difficult by the moment to believe. And as the final battle looms on the horizon and they're finally introduced to a close encounter with the ferocious nightmares that were prowling within the shadows and perched to strike, they said a prayer and trusted that Darias Knight and his devoted plan to destroy this evil would shine in the night and become their shepherd while protecting the future of humanity.
